Sovereign are proud to introduce our new range of environmentally friendly hot cups and food containers.  The Planet+ range is the world's first BPI Certified compostable hot cup and hot cup lid.  As well as hot cups we are also introducing a range of compostable food containers and lids that are perfect for hot and cold foods including soup and frozen yogurt. 

 

The Planet+ line of paper cups and food containers is designed for use with both hot and cold liquids.  Traditionally, disposable paper cups are lined with a thin oil-based plastic coating that prevents them from leaking. Unfortunately, this plastic coating also prevents them from breaking down. Planet + cups are coated with Ingeo™ biopolymers from NatureWorks LLC, allowing them to quickly break down in professionally managed composting facilities.

 

Planet+ compostable hot cups and food containers are made from all-natural and sustainable resources.
